Equitilt® Architectural Walling
Product Description
Equitilt® architectural wall panels comprise
COLORBOND® pre-painted steel skins laminated
to an insulating core, forming a wall panel with
light weight, great strength and excellent thermal
properties.
Optional core types are available to suit the
application. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is
suitable for the majority of installations, where
a light, durable panel with excellent insulation
properties is required. For the ultimate in fire
resistance, Equitilt® Mineral Fibre panels are
assessed as non-combustible under AS1530.1.
With a range of colour, joint and profile options,
plus long spanning capability, the Equitilt®
system meets the functional and aesthetic
requirements of facilities such as sports and
cultural buildings, commercial premises and
prestige industrial developments.
Features and Benefits
The Equitilt® architectural walling system is
a lightweight panel with excellent thermal
insulation properties. Equitilt® can be used in
horizontal or vertical applications.
The Equitilt® system delivers outstanding energy
efficiency and simplified construction processes
in a single, cost-effective solution.
Equitilt® provides a choice of finishes and
improved speed of installation compared with
pre-cast or tilt-up concrete systems.
Product Application
Equitilt® wall panels are long spanning and can
be installed horizontally or vertically, with a
range of finishes on the external metal face of the
panel. This makes them ideal as wall cladding
for sports and cultural buildings, commercial
premises, exhibition and convention centres, and
prestige warehouse buildings.

NOTES:
1. Wind pressures are to be assessed by a qualified engineer.
2. ‘Permissible spans’ shown are for single span case (supports at ends only).
3. Table values apply for uniform live loads only. No dead loads allowed.
4. Permissible spans are based on a deflection limit of span/180 and
a minimum Factor of Safety of 1.8 on ultimate strength.
