Product Description
The Vex™ louvre system is a comprehensive range of high performance louvres manufactured from extruded aluminium, in single, double or triple pass configurations.

Vex™ louvres feature a crisp architectural design, with excellent weathering, aerodynamic and structural characteristics.

All profiles have been fully tested in various international laboratories and proven in the field worldwide. Testing procedures have been developed to incorporate previous experience and the latest international standards. Testing has been carried out in independent laboratories in Australia, the USA and the UK. In the UK this testing has been carried out by the EPTC.

Front Louvre Blades
Vex™ louvre blade profiles are identified by their vertical spacing (Vex60™, Vex80™, Vex100™).

The diagrams illustrate Vex100™ blades. These blades are supplied to site in long lengths, typically 5080mm, but are available up to 6000mm.

The louvre blades are connected to the mullions with clips which allow a small gap for thermal expansion and structural movement. The effect is a continuous appearance with hidden mullions and no visible fixings.
